Parkour Classes

Revolution Parkour™ has partnered with ADAPT Training to create the first Parkour classes in Oregon. These classes are designed to teach students the fundamentals of Parkour including history, philosophy, and technique while building the foundational strength and muscular integrity necessary to excel in the sport..
Who
The classes are taught by nationally endorsed Parkour professional Adam Dunlap, and supported by the experience and knowledge of Beaverton, OR based gym ADAPT Training, a gym with almost ten years experience in sports training, rehabilitation, and physical therapy.
When
Every Tuesday from 7:30pm to 9:00pm & Every Saturday from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
Where
All classes will be taught at ADAPT Training located at 9923 SW Arctic Drive, Beaverton, OR 97005. See a map at http://www.adapttraining.com/training/contact_us.htm
Price
Class Drop in Rate: $20
Monthly Membership (includes admission to all classes that month): $40
Students 10 and under are free when accompanied in class by a parent or guardian.
Other Important Information
All ages and experience levels are welcome! However, in order to give each student the most valuable amount of attention and personal instruction class size caps out at 10 students. Also, all students will be required to fill out a waiver and a medical questionnaire before starting class. For safety reasons attendance may be subject to approved medical history.
