for me parkour is the way of life not just because overcoming obstacles its about the displine training everyday waking up in the morning prepare yourself being there for the moment you need to be focused and aware and this will need an healthy mentality its like your life ruled by a system which in my opinion the best way to live your life as long as your a live by pushing yourself to the limit and at that time you will be so proud of yourself this is what i can accomplish through parkour… special thanks to David Belle the man who behind this all
